Chamber Services

The Chamber’s Services:
In order to fulfill its objective of driving business growth in Cebu, CCCI provides its constituents and on occasion its non-members, services aimed at address various business needs. These include the following:
A. External affairs and relations
CCCI serves as a connector by establishing linkages with various organizations in the local, national, and international area in both the public and private sectors to promote and develop programs for business growth. It helps foster strong partnerships with the local and national government units and agencies, non-government organizations for the creation and implementation of viable programs and strategies for economic development.

B. Business Development
Part of CCCI tasks is to provide platforms to help facilitate business development not only for CCCI members but also for non-members. The BDMSD is chiefly mandated to support CCCI’s operational sustainability. This is done through its various activities such as:
• Trade & Investment Promotion (Exhibits)
• Trade Mission (Inbound/Outbound)
• Trainings & Seminars
• SME Initiative
• Organizing Events
• SME Helpline Desk
C. Membership Development
Primarily responsible for the recruitment of new members, creating awareness on new business trends and developments; fostering camaraderie among members and conducting all other undertakings that cater to members’ needs to ensure more active member participation and involvement.

D. Cebu Business Month
CCCI‘s flagship project held every month of June to inspire promote and grow Cebu Business by gathering industry stakeholders to activities and events in the areas of: Tourism,ICT & BPM, Entrepreneurship and Creative Industries.
Knowledge sharing platforms such as conference, seminars, business forum, promotions such as training exhibits/expo, recognition of exemplary Cebuano entrepreneurs & networking.
E. Finance and Administrative Services Division
Basic responsibility is to provide efficient and effective financial, administrative and personnel services to all divisions to ensure that finances and physical resources are properly managed, utilized and maintained. FASD is dedicated to provide exceptional service to all divisions, as well as to Chamber members, officers and partner organizations.
E. Executive Office
Under the guidance of the President who acts as the Chamber’s Chief Executive Officer, manages Chamber operations and translates policies and plans into appropriate programs and projects to ensure that all divisions deliver quality services to members and other clients in a timely and cost-effective manner. The coordinative functions of the Executive Office extend from within and outside the Chamber. Aside from coordinating with the BOT and the management staff on matters relative to overall CCCI operations, the EO also takes responsibility for linkages with member firms, associations and government and non- government organizations in behalf of the President on concerns affecting the business community.
