Business Leaders Empowered at CCCI’s 4th “Strategizing & Coaching for Complex Change” Leadership Seminar

Dr. Brian To leads another breakthrough session on Strategy, Execution, and Adaptive Leadership

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) once again demonstrated its commitment to advancing business leadership in the region with the successful staging of the 4th session of its Highly Competitive Leadership Seminar Series, titled “Strategizing & Coaching for Complex Change – Strategy IV.”

Held on August 7, 2025, the one-day intensive seminar equipped over 50 of Cebu’s top executives, entrepreneurs, and professionals with actionable tools to navigate uncertainty, lead strategic transformation, and unlock new growth opportunities.

At the helm of the program was Dr. Brian To, MCS, O.L., OBE, a globally respected strategist, executive coach, and author, whose extensive work with Fortune 500 companies and national governments has made him a recognized authority in business transformation and leadership innovation.Far more than a typical workshop, Strategy IV delivered a highly engaging, interactive learning experiencethat challenged participants to think critically, engage deeply, and collaborate meaningfully.

Through scenario-based simulations, peer discussions, and real-time coaching, attendees explored the critical components of strategic execution, stakeholder alignment, and resilience in complex change environments.

“No matter how good your strategy is, if you are not able to sell it to stakeholders or get their buy-in, execution will fail and will make your strategy useless,” shared Carlo Vicenzo Jesus B. Flor, Director of Operations of QURE IT INC, a participant who has completed all four sessions of the Strategy series,

For Don Ali Jureidimi, COO of Gulay Farmers, the workshop revealed striking global trends that broadened his thinking, “Dr. Brian showed us how rapidly the world is changing — in ways we often do not see locally. It was an eye-opener that helped sharpen my critical thinking and global awareness.

”With the momentum from Strategy IV, CCCI is now preparing to launch the Human Interaction Laboratory Program, an advanced, immersive leadership experience also to be facilitated by Dr. Brian To.

This next level seminar will focus on mastering interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, and team communication, essential competencies for today’s leaders.

With limited slots available, the program promises a highly personalized and transformative learning environment.

The success of Strategy IV further reinforces CCCI’s pivotal role as a key driver of professional and leadership development in the region.

As part of its broader commitment to capacity-building, the Chamber has developed a continuum of world-class programs that cater to the evolving needs of today’s business leaders, teams, and organizations. These programs are designed to complement one another and form a holistic leadership and team development pathway for CCCI members and stakeholders.

Through initiatives like Gens@Work, which focuses on fostering intergenerational collaboration and workplace adaptability; the LINQ Academy Seminar, which sharpens the skills of emerging leaders through innovation, systems thinking, and creative problem-solving; the Human Interaction Laboratory, an immersive, behavior-based program that deepens interpersonal communication and team dynamics; and the Highly Competitive Leadership Seminar Series, which equips executives with strategic thinking and change management capabilities—the Chamber is building a robust platform that supports leadership excellence at every level.
