The EO serves as the hub of strategic leadership, overseeing service teams, managing BOT and ExeCom affairs, and steering the Chamber’s key decisions and operations.

The BAP team addresses the Cebu business community’s needs by advocating for a common agenda to enhance competitiveness, streamline business operations, improve security, boost resiliency, and remove barriers to growth. As the voice of Cebu’s business sector, CCCI upholds core values of Integrity, Commitment, Synergy, and Service, fostering strategic partnerships with government and non-government entities through active engagement of Trustees, Champions, Task Forces, and Committees.

The Business Development (BD) team supports the Cebu business community by enhancing knowledge and skills of business owners and employees, addressing productivity and operational challenges, and strengthening trade linkages. It promotes and facilitates investments, supports trade and marketing needs, and builds partnerships with advocates, service providers, and public-private sector stakeholders.

The CBM team focuses on the needs of its members in the Cebu business community for opportunities that promote and enable innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity and digital transformation towards resilience and global competitiveness. It fosters interrelationships within the board of trustees, sectoral associations, members and private & public entities; thus, engaging key players and champions to craft & mobilize towards the implementation of relevant activities, projects and programs such as the Cebu Business Month.

The CGrowth team expands CCCI’s membership base, actively involves members in Chamber programs, and identifies leaders and champions for strategic initiatives. It develops local chapters across Cebu, designs incentives, recognizes outstanding businesses, and oversees Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities aligned with ISO 9001:2015 standards. CGrowth strengthens connections among members in trade, services, industry, and agriculture, and collaborates with public-private partners locally and internationally to advance Chamber objectives.

The FAS team ensures prudent management of CCCI’s financial resources, facilities, human resources, and records. It oversees revenue generation from membership dues, rentals, fees, and investments, while continuously updating policies on fund management, sponsorships, grants, and investment practices.
