Regan Rex King

Regan Rex T. King is a distinguished business executive, governance advocate, and civic leader serving as the 52nd President of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

With nearly three decades of leadership experience, President King heads and serves on the boards of several major enterprises across transport, automotive distribution, heavy equipment, consumer products, insurance, and security services. He serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of RDAK Transport Equipment, Inc., Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Dealer Principal of RDAK Global Motors Inc. (doing Business as Harley-Davidson of Cebu and Davao), President and Chief Executive Officer of 6R Builders and Development Corp., Board of Director of Juanito King & Sons Inc., Treasurer of Sporetech Agri-Ventures, Inc., and holds board-level positions in several other enterprises, demonstrating a strong track record in strategic management and operational excellence.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Ateneo de Manila University and completed the Ateneo-Regis MBA Program. He further strengthened his governance credentials through the SMU-SID Executive Diploma in Directorship and recently completed the AIM-UWA Diploma in Business Management (2024–2025), underscoring his commitment to lifelong executive education.

President King’s leadership extends deeply into civic and humanitarian work. He serves as Governor of the Philippine Red Cross National Headquarters. He is Commander of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary 221.1 Division, Treasurer of the Cebu Contractors Association Inc. (2025–2026), and also Treasurer within the Boy Scouts of the Philippines Cebu Council.
