Engr. Francis Dy is the Vice President for Business Advocacy & Policy of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and the President and Managing Director of Greenworld LED Solutions, Inc. A respected business leader and advocate, he has played an active role in advancing CCCI’s governance, policy, and member-driven initiatives, having previously served as Trustee, Board Secretary, Chair of the Water Committee, CSR Committee Chair, Overall Chairman of Cebu Business Month 2015, and AVP for Business Advocacy Policy.
He is also an innovator and entrepreneur, with business interests spanning lighting solutions, security services, and education technology. Engr. Dy holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Management and an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of San Carlos. Through his leadership in both business and chamber work, he continues to champion practical, forward-looking advocacy that supports enterprise growth and strengthens Cebu’s business environment.
