Mia Faye Singson Leon

Mia Faye D. Singson-Leon is the General Manager of Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan and serves as a Board Trustee and Champion for Tourism of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI). A seasoned hospitality executive with close to 20 years of industry experience, she has built her career across hotel operations, human resources, training, and tourism leadership, with professional experience in premier properties in both Cebu and Thailand. She is the first Filipina General Manager of Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, a milestone that underscores her standing in Cebu’s hospitality sector.

Before taking on her current role, she served as the General Manager of Quest Hotel & Conference Center Cebu and currently the President of the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu (HRRACI), reflecting her long-running leadership in the tourism and hospitality community. She has also been a visible industry voice in promoting Cebu as a dynamic, diverse, and evolving tourism destination.
