Since its inception in June 1996 by a visionary Captain Ernesto S. Captain Germano’s legacy of hope lives on through BIST’s guiding principle— “Quality and Affordable Private Education within Your Means”—ensuring that the dreams of Batohanon youth are never limited by financial constraints.
BIST’s impact is profound, with its established programs in Business Administration (BSBA), Hospitality Management (BSHM), and Elementary Education (BEED), TESDA courses in Cookery NCII, Food and Beverage Services NC II, Housekeeping NC II, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC I, Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) NC II serving as the foundation for a generation of graduates who have gone on to excel in diverse fields.
