Alice Queblatin

Alice Queblatin is a prominent figure in the tourism industry, with a rich history of leadership and expertise. As President of the Cebu Alliance of Tour Operators Specialists (CATOS) and a founding member of the Cebu Travel & Tours Association since 1986, she has played a pivotal role in shaping tourism in the region. Alice has also served as Commissioner of the Cebu City Tourism Commission and Vice President of Vi20sayas in the Travel/Tours Sector.

Her contributions extend beyond organizational roles; she has been a resource speaker and trainer for the Department of Tourism-RVII since 2003, imparting knowledge and skills to future tourism professionals. As Managing Partner of HEDEX (Heritage and Educational Exchange, Consultancy & Training for Tourism Professionals) and Managing Director of Southwind Travel and Tours, Inc., she continues to drive innovation and excellence in the industry. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Drama from the University of the Philippines and pursued further studies in M.S. Anthropology (Linguistics) at the University of San Carlos, Cebu City.
