Bernard Chioson

Bernard Chioson is a Board Trustee of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) and the President of Puresteel Manufacturing Corporation, a role he has held since 2022. He also serves as Chief Operating Officer of Chioson Development Corporation since 2017 and is the Founder of Hero Property Ventures Corp., which he established in 2024. With strong experience in sales, operations, and business management, he has built a solid track record in driving growth and operational performance across the manufacturing, real estate, and development sectors.
Prior to his current role, Mr. Chioson served as Vice President for Sales and Operations of Puresteel Manufacturing Corporation from 2016 to 2022. He also gained international business exposure through his work in Sales and Operations at Hong Kong International Co. Ltd. in 2016. He likewise served the Chamber as Trustee and Assistant Vice President for Business Development from 2023 to 2024, reflecting his continued commitment to enterprise growth and chamber leadership.
Mr. Chioson earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of San Carlos.
