Segismundo “Jun” Exaltacion, Jr.

Engr. Segismundo F. Exaltacion, Jr. is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Tsuneishi Technical Services Philippines Inc. and an elected Trustee and Vice President for International Affairs of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI). A seasoned executive with deep expertise in engineering, high value manufacturing, design engineering, and technical services, he brings more than three decades of leadership experience in product development, cross-functional management, strategy formulation, and corporate governance.

He has served as President & CEO of Tsuneishi Technical Services Philippines Inc. since 2015, following his tenure as General Manager from 2007 to 2015. Under his leadership, the company has earned multiple prestigious recognitions, including the ASEAN Business Awards Country Winner for Skills Development (Large Tier) in 2019, Asia CEO Circle of Excellence Top Employer of the Year in 2018, CSR Company of the Year at the Asia CEO Awards in 2024, and the Enterprise Distinction Award from CIB-O in 2025.

Beyond corporate leadership, Engr. Exaltacion is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD), Philippines, a Board of Trustees Member of the University of San Jose–Recoletos, Inc., a Board of Directors Member of Tsuneishi Technical Services Philippines Inc., and Chairman of the Board of the Tsunetech Retirees Foundation, Inc. He also previously served as a Board of Trustees Member of the Asian Institute of Management, and as Corporate Secretary and Trustee of the AIM Alumni Association, Inc. He is likewise a mentor for the DTI Go Negosyo Kapatid Mentor ME Program in Region VII.
