18 participants representing ten (10) companies in the food manufacturing attended the two-day comprehensive training on food packaging and labeling organized by the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) in partnership with the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) on July 18-19 at the Cebu Chamber Centre.
The training covered various essential topics, including an in-depth exploration of different packaging materials, the pivotal role of packaging in the food manufacturing industry, proper handling, storage, and responsible disposal of packaging materials.
