The Chamber secretariat handles the day-to-day operation of each service teams to give the community the best possible service.

The EO is the the hub of strategic leadership, overseeing service teams, managing the  affairs of the Board of Trustees and Past Presidents, and steering the Chamber’s key decisions and operations.

The BAP team addresses the Cebu business community’s needs via supporting a common agenda to improve competitiveness, streamline business operations, improve security, increase resiliency, and remove barriers to growth. As the voice within Cebu’s business sector, CCCI upholds particular core values. It upholds values of Integrity, Commitment, Synergy, and Service, promoting multiple planned partnerships alongside government and non-government entities through continuing active engagement by Trustees, Champions, Task Forces, and Committees.

The BD team caters to Cebu’s business community by providing continuous skills and knowledge enhancement for business owners and employees, addressing organizational competency, productivity, and operational efficiency. It strengthens business linkages, promotes investments, facilitates trade, and offers targeted marketing support. BD actively collaborates with advocates, champions, service providers, and public-private sector partners dedicated to business growth and development.

The CBM team empowers the Cebu business community by promoting innovation, entrepreneurship, creativity, and digital transformation to boost resilience and global competitiveness. It builds strong partnerships among trustees, sectoral associations, members, and public-private stakeholders, engaging industry leaders to develop and execute impactful initiatives, including the flagship Cebu Business Month, under the guidance of the CBM Chair.

The CGrowth team expands and strengthens CCCI’s membership by actively engaging members in chamber initiatives, recruiting leaders and champions, and establishing chapters throughout Cebu’s countryside. It designs incentive programs, recognizes outstanding businesses and leaders, and manages Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities compliant with ISO 9001:2015 standards. CGrowth fosters collaboration among diverse sectors—including trade, commerce, service, industry, and agriculture—and cultivates strategic partnerships locally and internationally to achieve the Chamber’s objectives.

The FAS team ensures prudent management of CCCI’s financial resources, facilities, human resources, and records. It oversees revenue generation from membership dues, rentals, fees, and investments, while continuously updating policies on fund management, sponsorships, grants, and investment practices.
