The Ateneo Graduate School of Business (AGSB) has officially reestablished its presence in Cebu, reaffirming its commitment to shaping ethical, competent, and purpose-driven business leaders in the Visayas. Located in the dynamic Cebu Business Center, this expansion underscores AGSB’s mission to deliver world-class graduate business education grounded in Jesuit values and responsive to the needs of regional economies.
The Cebu campus quietly reopened on September 29, 2025, with a formal launch celebration scheduled for October 11, 2025. The event will be attended by key academic figures, including Dean Dr. Jet Magsaysay, Director of Quality Assurance Prof. Gilda Del Rosario, and Cebu Campus Director Ms. Shannen Tan, along with alumni, invited guests, and industry partners.
As part of the event highlights, Prof. Gilda Del Rosario will conduct a trial session on Strategic Management, the capstone course of AGSB’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. This immersive session offers participants a first-hand experience of AGSB’s academic rigor and real-world orientation.
Dr. Magsaysay said, “Cebu has always been one of the most vibrant and vital markets for AGSB,” says, “Many of our top students hail from this region – successful entrepreneurs and professionals who continue to fuel economic and social development in the Visayas.”

At the Cebu campus, AGSB offers both the Standard MBA and the Regis MBA programs. The Standard MBA is designed for early- to mid-career professionals, while the Regis MBA caters to senior professionals with extensive work experience. Both programs are tailored to accommodate working students through a flexible, modular format. “We have two classrooms and one conference room,” shares Ms. Tan, emphasizing the campus’s readiness to foster meaningful learning engagements.
