The CBM Associate will provide back stopping support in the conduct of CBM activities and events and extends networking, coordination and secretariat assistance to the CBM Manager and with the CBM Committee Chairs:

  • Gathers, analyzes and interprets data and information necessary for the conceptualization, planning and development of CBM programs, projects, events and activities;
  • Assists in the formulation of CBM plans and programs and related project proposals under the direction of the CBM Manager;
  • Liaises with government and non-government bodies regarding plans, programs, events and activities of CBM committees;
  • Coordinates with the other service teams for inputs for the CBM committee
  • Organizes and documents meetings and related CBM activities.
  • Maintains and updates documents and files of the CBM related activites
  • Prepares and submits monthly/periodic Accomplishment
  • Reports of committees handled;
  • Performs such other related functions as may be authorized and assigned by the Managers.


  • A graduate of any Business & Marketing related course;
  • Experience in marketing, public relations, event planning and management is a plus
  • Male or Female and must be between 26 to 30 years old
  • Computer literate and knowledgeable in film and digital photography
