The Human Interaction Laboratory Program (HIL-1)

“Unlocking Your Potential, Unleashing Your Success”

The Cebu Chamber of Commerce & Industry invites you to take part in a transformative leadership and behavioral development experience — the Human Interaction Laboratory Program I (HIL-I) — a 2.5-day intensive, interactive, and reflective learning journey.

This is not your typical seminar. HIL-I combines the disciplines of business, management, anthropology, AI, behavioral science, and communications to help you better understand human behavior, interpersonal dynamics, and what drives success in personal and professional settings. 

Participants will gain practical tools and insights to understand customer behavior, build brand interest and loyalty, enhance self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and improve interpersonal communication. The program also explores the application of behavioral science in real-world settings—all within a safe, reflective, and highly interactive learning environment.

The program will be led by Dr. Brian To, a globally acclaimed thought leader in executive education. He is a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and has earned degrees from Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, and HEC Paris. Recognized by Forbes as “One of Asia’s Greatest Thinkers,” Dr. To holds the Order of the British Empire (OBE) and multiple international awards for his contributions to leadership and education.

Schedule

The program begins with an orientation on Day 1 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, followed by the main program sessions on Day 2 and Day 3, from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
